Co-Founder and Fearless Leader
Josie is Rise.CX's fearless leader (Managing Director) and an Australian CX industry giant. She sees her purpose as bringing a focus on people back to the heart of what we do.
With Rise.CX, she hopes to champion and inspire great transitions for all businesses to a CX-centred, sustainable digital state - always while putting people first.
When not fighting the good fight to bring people together, Josie loves gardening, roadtrips around Australia (on hold at the moment!) and enjoying time with her husband Steve, kids and dogs. They hope to move their little family to a travelling caravan one day soon...
Co-Founder and Technology Lead
Guy Elliott is a Co-Founder at Rise.CX, creating people-first digital solutions for new-world contact centres.
He started with a technical background in Artificial Intelligence, moving on to customer service/sales and has always enjoyed bridging the gap between technology and business. Guy has worked in the CX industry for nearly four decades (though he doesn't look old enough to have done!), and is extremely passionate about getting the best experience outcome for both clients and end-customers alike.
When he isn’t helping people 'Rise' at work, he is actively doing the same thing in the community with Scouting, car clubs, and 'occasionally' riding his motorbike.
Lasalle Gebbie is our Head of Customer Experience at Rise.CX. Lasalle has a multi-pronged focus in helping Rise.CX to deliver people-first, customer-centric experiences and solutions across not only our customer base but also at Rise.CX. Lasalle supports how our products and services, and our people make sure they’ve taken into account the human element in any process or technology designs, solutions or change initiatives.
Outside of the workplace Lasalle spends a lot of his winter days in a continual state of angst supporting his beloved Collingwood while his summer days are spent out and about enjoying what Melbourne has to offer or travelling overseas (obviously this has been restrained of late!)
Customer Experience Lead
Our Core Team
Tim is one of our technical implementation leads, and engages with our customers to ensure their implementation and handover is a success.
He has a sound business analysis, technical and delivery background and is most interested in providing
streamlined CX solutions that make a business better.
Outside of work, Tim's sporty side sees him playing netball, hiking/exploring and working out at the gym - while also saving some less active timeboxes for gaming.
Alex is one of Rise.CX's technical gurus and a software engineering lead.
He is motivated by quality, working code, and solutions that makes sense.
Alex's solutioning and QA skills are a head above the rest, and you can rest assured that he won't until a solution is most cleverly, technically, meeting business requirements.
When not problem-solving for Rise.CX and COVID-19 restrictions permit, Alex enjoys travelling, motorsport, and is a closet fiend at video games.
Daniel is another of Rise.CX's technical gurus and specialises in software development.
He's a technical savant specialising in Cassandra database architecture, Cisco unified communications, Genesys contact centre solutions, and Java software development.
He also happens to be a multi-instrumentalist and producer, Ashtanga yoga practitioner, Muay Thai enthusiast, and clearly avid lover of movement.
Sales & Marketing
Simon joined the Rise.CX team with a focus on brand development and go-to-market projects.
Simon focuses on strengthening our sales and marketing capabilities.
Simon develops digital marketing content and novel communication ideas to support our audiences.
During his spare time, Simon is an avid sports fan (especially AFL - carn the Roos!) and listening to music in his ever-growing vinyl collection.
Carol is a certified Genesys engineer with more than 12 years' experience.
Carol has extensive experience across multiple contact centre solution stacks.
When away from work, Carol enjoys reading, and when COVID rules permit, she loves to travel, go hiking and checking out new restaurants.
Fung is our technical delivery leader.
His passion is designing CX solutions specialising in contact centre solutions, systems integration and full stack software development.
Outside of work he is busy running around chasing his twins and when he can fit it in some woodworking and dabbling with new technology
Val is a certified Genesys and Microsoft MCSE:Messaging engineer and valued member of our technical team. He has extensive global experience with contact centre technology stacks and projects, acquired over twenty years working for large multinationals.
He has always been interested in communications and hence learned English and Spanish, in addition to his first language, Portuguese.
In his spare time, he likes travelling around Australia on his motorbike (his best friend!), to explore beaches and other paradisical places of the country
