Co-Founder and Managing Director
Josie is Rise.CX's fearless leader (Managing Director) and an Australian CX industry giant. She sees her purpose as bringing a focus on people back to the heart of what we do.
With Rise.CX, she hopes to champion and inspire great transitions for all businesses to a CX-centred, sustainable digital state - always while putting people first.
When not fighting the good fight to bring people together, Josie loves gardening, roadtrips around Australia (on hold at the moment!) and enjoying time with her husband Steve, kids and dogs. They hope to move their little family to a travelling caravan one day soon...
Co-Founder and Head of CX, Strategy & Architecture
Guy Elliott is Co-Founder and Head of Customer Experience at Rise.CX, creating people-first digital solutions for new-world contact centres.
He started with a technical background in Artificial Intelligence, moving on to customer service/sales and has always enjoyed bridging the gap between technology and business. Guy has worked in the CX industry for nearly four decades (though he doesn't look old enough to have done!), and is extremely passionate about getting the best experience outcome for both clients and end-customers alike.
When he isn’t helping people 'Rise' at work, he is actively doing the same thing in the community with Scouting, car clubs, and 'occasionally' riding his motorbike.
Head of Delivery and Professional Services
As a marathon runner (3X, globally!) and our Head of Delivery, Trent is used to 'all systems go' - all the time! He leads the Rise.CX delivery and professional services functions, and works hard to ensure our projects and engagements work well to accelerate businesses' time-to-value.
When not bustling about in the city checking on his teams and meeting clients, Trent spends his time not wearing suits, and with his awesome family on their farm in the Yarra Valley.
Craig is our Head of Culture, Collaboration and Consulting, focused on 'getting in there'/'getting his hands dirty' with customers to really help them transition through change and adapt to the new digital vision of CX. His background in Workforce Management, Technology and People and Culture allows him to really understand your business and its unique challenges.
Craig is active in his community, and volunteers with dog rescues and other charities. He spends his free time learning Italian, and chilling with his two beautiful Italian greyhounds - Poppy and Fleur.

Our Core Team
Technical & Service Delivery Manager
As our Technical Delivery Manager, Tim heads up technical implementations, service and project delivery with our customers.
He has a sound business analysis, technical and delivery background and is most interested in providing
streamlined CX solutions that make a business better.
Outside of work, Tim's sporty side sees him playing netball, hiking/exploring and working out at the gym - while also saving some less active timeboxes for gaming.
Agile Delivery Manager - Product & Marketing
Nat is our resident Agile expert and a seasoned project/team manager across multiple companies and industries.
Leading our product delivery, Agile practice and marketing functions, she's passionate about galvanising and energising teams to deliver human-centred solutions that provide value consistently.
She enjoys almost anything in good company and seldom does things alone, but when solitary likes reading, writing, research and making music.
Lead Software Engineer
Alex is Rise.CX's Lead Software Engineer and technical guru.
He is motivated by quality, working code, and solutions that makes sense.
Alex's solutioning and QA skills are a head above the rest, and you can rest assured that he won't until a solution is most cleverly, technically, meeting business requirements.
When not problem-solving for Rise.CX, Alex enjoys travelling (R.I.P. for 2020), motorsport, and is a closet fiend at video games.
Senior Software & Systems Engineer
Daniel is a senior software systems engineer and solutions architect with Rise.
He's a technical savant specialising in Cassandra database architecture, Cisco unified communications, Genesys contact centre solutions, and Java software development.
He also happens to be a multi-instrumentalist and producer, Ashtanga yoga practitioner, Muay Thai enthusiast, and clearly avid lover of movement.
Marketing & Communications
Simon joined the Rise.CX team with a focus on brand development and go-to-market projects.
He specialises in effective brand messaging and wishes to bring onboard digital marketing strategies and novel communication ideas focused on our valued customer base.
During his spare time, Simon is an avid sports fan (especially AFL - carn the Roos!) and listening to music in his ever-growing vinyl collection.
Senior Software Developer
Val is a certified Genesys and Microsoft MCSE:Messaging engineer and valued member of our technical team. He has extensive global experience with contact centre technology stacks and projects, acquired over twenty years working for large multinationals.
He has always been interested in communications and hence learned English and Spanish, in addition to his first language, Portuguese.
In his spare time, he likes travelling around Australia on his motorbike (his best friend!), to explore beaches and other paradisical places of the country
